Return and Refund Policy

We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges due to customer convenience.


If there is no damage or stains on the packaging when the product arrives

In the unlikely event that the product is defective upon opening, please contact us at info@maoarth.com within 8 days of receiving the product, with a photo of the damage to the contents. If a replacement product is available, we will promptly replace it, or if not, we will respond with a return or refund.

Please note that if the deadline has passed or if you do not have a photo, it will be difficult to confirm the situation, and we will not be able to return, exchange, or refund the item under any circumstances.

If the packaging is damaged or soiled when the product arrives

In the unlikely event that the packaging is damaged or stained upon arrival, please take photos of the packaging before opening and the damage to the contents after opening.

We cannot take responsibility for damage or stains during shipping, so please contact the delivery company listed in the shipping email.

*Please do not throw away the packaging box (cardboard) or packaging materials; please be sure to keep them.
*Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any damage caused when the item is transferred after it has been delivered.

For international shipments, all shipping charges and international duties and taxes are non-refundable.

If your refund is approved, it will be credited to your credit card at the exchange rate at the time of the refund. Cardholders are responsible for exchange rate fluctuations and/or fees imposed by banks at the purchaser's expense.
